Topic of discussion will be a corporate investment company scheduled for launch in May. The corporate company, GIM (Global Industry Management) Inc., will be launched with interests in its first of other JV ventures with dealings in the developing country of Cambodia. EMS Global (www.emsglobal.net) will have a sontrolling interest of EMS Southeast Asia, 1/3rd interest owned by GIM Inc. Other industry sectors of interest being negotiated for JV investment in Cambodia by GIM Inc., is Water Purifications Systems, Solid Waste and finally a Casino Gaming Resort. Available for purchase is outstanding shares of GIM Inc.
